Key tasks will involve filming and editing footage from training sessions and matches, conducting player interviews, and capturing behind-the-scenes moments. Additionally, the producer will be responsible for developing longer-form content such as documentaries, which are essential for storytelling and connecting with fans.

Collaboration is crucial in this role, as the producer will occasionally partner with the marketing department on commercial initiatives. FC Midtjylland is seeking a creative individual who possesses experience in video planning, production, and editing. Familiarity with professional video equipment, especially Sony, is essential. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is required, while knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop will be seen as an advantage. The ideal candidate should thrive under tight deadlines and be comfortable working irregular hours. Additional skills in photography, prior experience at a sports club, and a solid understanding of football are highly desirable.

The club prides itself on a fast-paced and collaborative work environment that encourages initiative and offers close support from seasoned colleagues. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence the club’s visual identity and daily communications within one of Denmark’s leading football organizations. The position is full-time and will be based at the Dream 99 training facility in Ikast.

Interested candidates should submit their applications to communications chief Mads Hviid Jakobsen at [email protected] with the subject line “Video Producer” and include examples of previous work.
