The latest PIF ATP Rankings, released Monday, March 16, 2026, reflect a shake-up after Indian Wells, where Jannik Sinner won the season’s first ATP Masters 1000 event.

Highlights from the ATP Rankings

Daniil Medvedev returned to the Top 10 for the first time since last July, climbing to No. 10 after reaching the Indian Wells final. The 30-year-old did not drop a set on his way to the title match and defeated Carlos Alcaraz in the semifinals before falling to Sinner. The Italian now leads their head-to-head 9–7 and has taken nine of their past 10 meetings.

American teenager Learner Tien surged six spots to a career-high No. 21. The 20-year-old left-hander became the youngest American man to make the Indian Wells quarterfinals since 1992, saving two match points against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the fourth round before losing to Sinner in the last eight.

Ethan Quinn continued his rise, jumping 17 places to a career-best No. 56 after winning the ATP Challenger event in Phoenix. The 22-year-old claimed the title by defeating Marcos Giron in three sets and earlier this season reached the Australian Open third round.

Mariano Navone also made a significant move, up 18 spots to No. 61, after winning the ATP Challenger in Cap Cana. The Argentine beat Alexander Blockx in the semifinals and Mattia Bellucci in the final.

Other notable Top 100 movers included:

  • Cameron Norrie up five to No. 24
  • Mattia Bellucci up 17 to No. 77
  • Sebastian Ofner up 22 to No. 86
  • Alexander Blockx up nine to a career-high No. 88
  • Rinky Hijikata up 19 to No. 98

The ATP rankings continue to evolve as younger players break through and seasoned veterans reclaim their positions. As the tennis season progresses, it will be exciting to see how these players perform in upcoming tournaments and how the rankings will shift further.
