FC Midtjylland sign Mileta Rajović from Legia Warsaw on loan

FC Midtjylland has strengthened its attack by bringing in 27-year-old striker Mileta Rajović on a season-long loan from Legia Warsaw. This strategic move aims to bolster the team’s offensive capabilities as they seek to maintain their position at the top of the Danish Superliga.

Rajović’s Impressive Background

Rajović came through Brøndby and later played in Sweden and England before moving to Legia in the summer of 2025. He knows the Danish Superliga well; during the 2024/25 campaign, he made 28 appearances for Brøndby and scored eight goals. His track record in various leagues showcases his adaptability and skill set, making him a valuable addition to FC Midtjylland.

The forward now returns to Denmark to join Midtjylland’s front line. The club views him as a physical, penalty-area-focused centre-forward who fits its playing style. Rajović arrives with experience from multiple leagues, including the English Championship and a leading Polish side, and is expected to add a different profile to the existing competition for attacking places.

Midtjylland currently sits first in the Superliga after a 2-0 win in Aarhus on Wednesday. This recent victory has set a positive tone as they prepare for their next challenging match against FC Nordsjælland on Monday in a top-of-the-table meeting. Fans are eager to see how Rajović will integrate into the squad and contribute to their title ambitions.

As the season progresses, all eyes will be on Rajović to deliver results and help secure crucial points for FC Midtjylland. His return to the Danish league could prove to be a game-changer in the ongoing battle for the Superliga title.
