The day-to-day operations for the U10, U11, and U12 teams at Randers Freja Fodbold are managed in collaboration with Randers FC, ensuring a cohesive approach to youth football development.
U11 Training Schedule and Coaching Expectations
The U11 squad trains three times a week, providing plenty of opportunities for skill development and team bonding:
- Monday, 17:00–18:30
- Tuesday, 17:00–18:30
- Thursday, 17:00–18:30
Candidates applying for the head coach position are expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit. Working closely with other coaches in the age group is vital for planning and executing activities that promote skill advancement and team cohesion. A genuine passion for children’s football and experience in talent development are essential attributes for the ideal candidate.
