AGF is excited to announce a new community run on Saturday, August 29, aimed at bringing supporters together outside matchdays. This first AGF Social Run covers a five‑kilometer route with both the start and finish located at John Stampes Plads in front of Søjlehallen.
Details of the AGF Social Run
The run will kick off at 3:00 p.m., and participants are encouraged to arrive by 2:45 p.m. This initiative has been organized by sisters and passionate AGF fans, Rikke and Kristina Börjesson, who will lead the group at a pace of roughly six minutes per kilometer. AGF staff will be present at the square throughout the event to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved. Participants can leave a bag at the square during the run, but it will be at their own risk.
After the run, the organizers have planned some delightful activities, including music and refreshments. Attendees can look forward to enjoying a stadium platter that features both beer and soft drinks. While participation in the AGF Social Run is free, registration is highly recommended by Thursday, August 27, to help the organizers gauge catering needs effectively.
The club hopes that the Social Run will evolve into a regular monthly meet-up for fans who are eager to combine exercise with community spirit. This initiative not only promotes physical fitness but also strengthens the bond among AGF supporters. Be a part of this exciting opportunity to meet fellow fans, enjoy a scenic run, and celebrate the AGF community.
