Sønderjyske Fodbold’s academy is currently seeking a part-time physical coach to join its team, primarily focusing on the U13 to U15 squads. This role requires a commitment of 10–12 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed. The club is eager to fill this position promptly to enhance its training programs.

Key Responsibilities of the Part-Time Physical Coach

The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks that are crucial for the development of young athletes. These responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering on-pitch motor skills and coordination sessions.
  • Collaborating with coaching teams to create effective training plans and periodization.
  • Conducting physical testing to assess player fitness and development.
  • Running strength training programs tailored to the needs of the players.
  • Designing individualized training programs based on player measurements.
  • Managing related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
  • Attending relevant meetings to stay aligned with the academy’s objectives.
